Dustin’s work has earned him a reputation as a , journeyman custom fabricator and trusted mentor to the next generation of elite fabricators. Dustin holds three advanced degrees in Automotive, Diesel, and Industrial Technologies, alongside three CSLB contractor licenses (C-23 Architectural Metals, C-51 Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, and C-60 Welding). He has been mastering technical design through AutoCAD since he was just fourteen, bringing a level of detail and sophistication to projects that only a handful of individuals in the industry can match. With a career built on relentless innovation, uncompromising standards, and fearless leadership, Dustin continues to set new benchmarks for what’s possible in custom fabrication, engineering, and business.
Amanda is a loving mother of three and a dedicated wife who has stood by Dustin’s side since they were 14. She is a professional photographer, MS warrior, and entrepreneur who co-leads multiple successful companies, including Amanda Reno Photography, Anza Valley Welding & Fabrication, Inc. and Gearhead Kustoms, LLC.
With a passion for committed leadership, Amanda brings focus, determination, and strategic vision to the family’s ventures. She has been refining her photography since freshman year of high school, earning awards and recognition along the way, and applies that same creative discipline to growing the businesses she helps lead.
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2020, Amanda continues to pursue her passions and responsibilities with resilience and grace. Her leadership and relentless drive have been instrumental in transforming the family’s success and inspiring those around her.
